We are a Scottish based consultancy specialising in community engagement.
With over 20 years of experience in consulting, we specialise in helping private, 3rd sector and public organisations of all sizes make a meaningful impact within their communities through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and community engagement projects.

My Story
I am passionate about helping organisations raise awareness of their aims in the community.
As someone who practices what I preach, I also help raise my own third-sector organisation’s awareness. Over the years, I have consulted for numerous good causes; created and when needed delivered some amazing community initiatives; delivered targeted programmes that resulted in having a major impact in the communities we worked with.

Matt McGrandles
Matt has been working in the Third Sector for over 2 decades. His depth of understanding in bringing together private, third-sector, and public organisations to benefit the communities they serve is vast.
He has specialist knowledge of the third sector and is keen to share his expertise with you, helping to guide your organisation towards achieving its community aims.
Matt operates on a remote basis through video calls from his base in Stirling, but welcomes the opportunity to meet up should clients prefer.

Where do you consult?
I consult throughout the UK but manage my time by supporting the development and growth on my own social aims and my clients at MNM Creative.
What is your ideal client?
I consult across all organisations including 3rd sector, private and public.
What sectors do you consult on?
My aim is to work with clients that share the ambition of embedding themselves in their communities.
I have been involved in the 3rd sector since 1999 and have been successfully delivering events, projects and business development services since 1997.
How much fundraising have you done?
I have fundraised across the 3rd sector but have directly raised over £3m for good causes and well over £10m indirectly.
How many clients do you work with?
As my aim is to provide both a level of quality and a professional service, I will only work with a limited number of organisations on our annual package but interlinked with daily ad hoc consultations.
Do you provide any other services?
MNM Creative have a number of affiliate consultants we can include should a client be looking for a dedicated marketing, social media, website, PR or Media service.
