MNM Creative is a Scottish consultancy and project development business with over 20 years of experience helping organisations develop opportunities, strengthen their communications and deliver projects that make a difference.
Working across the private, public and third sectors, we bring together strategic consultancy, marketing and PR, community engagement and project delivery to help organisations achieve their ambitions. Our work spans corporate social responsibility (CSR), fundraising, partnership development, events, tourism, heritage and community-led initiatives.

Matt McGrandles
Matt has been consulting and delivering projects for over 2 decades. His depth of understanding in bringing together private, third-sector, and public organisations to benefit the communities they serve is vast.
He has specialist knowledge of the third sector and is keen to share his expertise with you, helping to guide your organisation towards achieving its community aims.
Matt can connect with clients through video calls from his base in Stirling, but welcomes the opportunity to meet up should clients prefer.
My Story
I am passionate about helping organisations raise awareness of their aims in the community.
Over the years, I have consulted for numerous good causes; created, and when needed, delivered some amazing community initiatives; delivered targeted programmes that resulted in having a major impact in the communities we worked with.

Matt McGrandles

Where do you consult?
I enjoy consulting throughout the UK and manage my time with a select number of clients alongside developing our own Projects and Events portfolio.
Who is your ideal client?
The ideal client is the one that sees MNM Creative as its support arm, offering advice where needed and services delivered on its behalf if requested.
I consult across all organisations including 3rd sector, private and public.
What sectors do you consult on?
My aim is to work with clients that share the ambition of embedding themselves in their communities.
I have been involved in the 3rd sector since 1999 and have been successfully delivering events, projects and business development services since 1997.
How much fundraising have you done?
My fundraising experience crosses all 3rd sector organisations. I have directly raised over £3m for good causes and well over £10m indirectly.
How many clients do you work with?
I limit the number of clients I work with so I can provide a professional and committed service.
I welcome ad hoc consultant roles throughout the year but will only take on a maximum of 4 annual recurring clients.
What is your life journey so far?
I left school at 16 and studied hospitality management at college. I started playing rugby at 6 and was part of the Stirling County team that won the premiership in season 1994/95 and then runners up in 1995/96. I am Warrier 36 and was pro between 1997 and 2000. I coached Stirling County 18s for 6 seasons, 4 of them as Head Coach. I am a founder of a social enterprise and Chair of 3 highland games.
