At MNM Creative, we’ve always believed that business should be about more than just delivering projects and growing profit. For me personally, it’s about making sure the work we do also feeds back into the communities that shape us. That’s why I’m especially proud to share that MNM Creative is once again sponsoring Brogan Henderson, a hugely talented 20-year-old rugby player with Stirling County Rugby Football Club.
Why Brogan?
Brogan embodies the qualities I admire most in young people coming through sport: hard work, resilience, and a determination to push herself to the next level. Even though she is an accomplished 9, she has been selected to play in every back position possible, a real dedication to her team and something that should not go unnoticed.
Rugby is a demanding game, but it’s also one that teaches teamwork, discipline, and respect — values I see reflected in Brogan every time she takes to the pitch. Supporting her isn’t just about helping an individual; it’s about encouraging the kind of role model we’d all like to see more of in our community.
Women’s Rugby Deserves Your Support
As a past player and as someone who has seen women’s rugby develop from the early 1980s in Stirling, I have a connection with both the club and Brogan’s family, so I am keen to see them flourish. By supporting Brogan, we’re helping to shine a light on women’s sport and show young girls that rugby — and all the opportunities it brings — is for them too.
Community First
Stirling County Rugby Football Club is more than just a team. It’s a community where friendships are made, confidence is built, and lifelong skills are learned. By sponsoring Brogan, MNM Creative is also giving back to the broader community. For me, that’s a responsibility businesses should take seriously: if we can support the spaces and people that bring us together, we strengthen the whole community.
Looking Ahead
I’m excited to watch Brogan’s journey unfold this season — on the pitch and beyond. At MNM Creative, we’ll be cheering her on not just as a player, but as someone who represents the best of what women’s sport can offer.
Sponsorship is often seen as a transaction, but for me it’s about something much bigger: connection, opportunity, and responsibility. Supporting Brogan is a small way for MNM Creative to demonstrate that we believe in local talent and are committed to helping it flourish.
If you get the chance, I’d encourage you to come along to a Stirling County RFC match, support Brogan and her teammates, and celebrate the incredible contribution women’s rugby makes to our community.
